Moon Meditation is a powerful form of meditation practice that helps you to increase peace and happiness in your life by focusing on developing your innate intuition. Moon Meditation Classes and Workshops teach you how to meditate and will aid you to relax, embrace positivity, reduce stress and anxiety.

Landscape and setting is an important part of each Moon Meditation session, our classes often take place outside and utilise the restorative power of nature. In each class and workshop we will teach you how to meditate, using mantra, visualisation and other powerful exercises that will help you to effectively control stress and aid you to find peace. Our classes are experiential and offer you an intuitive way to reconnect with your own life story.

Moon Meditation has been developed over twenty eight years of practice by John Harrigan, founder at John has extensive experience in health and wellness, facilitating meditation, art and wellbeing workshops, including at the Royal College of Art, Institute of Contemporary Arts, Wilderness Festival, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and the BBC amongst others.

We focus on keeping class sizes small (under 20 students) to properly coach and instruct students on an individual level. After your first class or workshop we offer unlimited support via email or messenger. This personal service has become our hallmark and in-turn our classes are often booked well in advance.
